What is UserVoice?

UserVoice is the online product feedback management solution that Juniper Education have selected to engage with our user base. We use it to collect and organise product feedback from users relating to our various products and services. A single source of truth, it gives our Product Team the insights needed to determine and prioritise ideas for product enhancements, and understand every users' preferences and needs based on their feedback.

From a User perspective, it comprises:

• The Juniper Education Ideas Portal.
• A UserVoice feedback widget in our applications (these are currently being introduced across our products).
