What is the Juniper Education Ideas Portal?
The Juniper Education Ideas Portal is a website (https://junipereducation.uservoice.com) where you can contribute your ideas about how Juniper Education's products and services can be improved and, view, vote and rate the suggestions of others. It is part of a suite of tools provided through UserVoice (to find out more, go to What is UserVoice?).
Within the Ideas Portal, our products and services are broken down into Forums. Some Forums are product or service specific, others focus on more generic areas of Juniper Education's offerings to the education sector. The Forums are displayed below the introductory text on the home page:
Select a Forum to view it's contents:
Within each Forum, there are a series of Categories (shown on the left) that are used to order the Ideas. By default, the All Ideascategory is selected. To filter by category, select from the Categories list. When selected, you will be presented with any Ideas that have been tagged using that category:
Tip: To get full access to the features available in the Ideas Portal which includes the ability to contribute and vote on Ideas, you will need to register for a UserVoice account (see How do I get a UserVoice account to access the Ideas Portal?).
