How does Juniper Education use UserVoice?

Depending on which products you use, Juniper Education uses the following features in UserVoice to help make informed product decisions and provide new product information to customers:

• Feedback collection forms - User can submit ideas, suggestions and feedback on the products and services offered by Juniper Education.
• Voting systems - Users can vote on ideas, to help prioritise features, based on their popularity or value.

Users can access UserVoice:

• From Juniper Education's web platform (https://junipereducation.uservoice.com) where users can access feedback forums for each of our products and view product roadmaps.
• Through a widget that is integrated into our products that lets users give Juniper Education seamless, immediate feedback (currently in the process of being rolled out on a product-by-product basis).
