How do I contribute my idea using the UserVoice widget?

Introduction

Increasingly, we are adding the UserVoice widget to our websites and systems, enabling you to provide our Product team with immediate feedback, without the need to navigate to a different web page.

Sign in to the UserVoice widget

Select the UserVoice widget from the Left Navigation Bar and sign in:

There are a two different ways to sign into UserVoice from the widget:

• Enter your school email address and password, then select Sign In when displayed (recommended).
• Single-sign on (through your Juniper Education account, Google account or Microsoft sign in).

Tip:  If you do not have an account, select Create an account and follow the prompts.

Tip:  If you have forgotten your password, select Forgot Password? and follow the prompts.

Enter your idea

When prompted, start to describe your idea. When completed, select Next to continue:

Check other ideas, vote and decide if you want to continue

You may be prompted to check a list of ideas to see if any are similar to your idea:

• Select an idea to view it and as appropriate, vote for it when prompted, and where applicable continue to post your idea.
• Alternatively, to post your idea select Skip and post idea.

Add extra details and post the idea

When prompted:

• Enter a Title for your idea.
• Select a Category.
• Select Post. You will be thanked for your idea.
